Musicians play under the direction of Conductor Jed da Roza. The Music Director of 50+ productions, Jed is passionate about developing young talent and creating a beautiful, cohesive music experience for artists and audiences alike.
Auditions are available both in-person or via video submission.

NextStage Musicians:
Trombone * Drums * Keyboard * Guitar
Violin * Cello * Bass * Accordian
Musicians ready to learn, join a new community, and:
- Practice as needed to be prepared for rehearsals. Perfection is not expected, but musicians are expected to come to rehearsals ready to add their part to the whole
- Attend weekly rehearsals
- Get comfortable reading music that sometimes quickly moves between uncommon key signatures (including multiple sharps and flats), uncommon time signatures, and abrupt tempo changes
- Expand their technical proficiency throughout a wide range
Actors, Interns, and Musicians pay a production fee. The Musician fee is $275, which covers:
- Instrument music materials
- Show Shirt
- Orchestra & Production photos
- Strike party & dinner for musician
